Austin TX fourth best city in which to earn a living, sandwiched between Minneapolis and Washington, D.C. Topped only by two other Texas power house cities (Dallas & Houston). According to Forbes magazine an enviroment rich with companies in business sectors of growing, high paying industries located in metro areas that support a modest cost of living is key to produce the ideal commercial setting.
