Austin TX fourth best city in which to earn a living, sandwiched between Minneapolis and Washington, D.C.  Topped only by two other Texas power house cities (Dallas & Houston).  According to Forbes magazine an enviroment rich with companies in business sectors of growing, high paying industries located in metro areas that support a modest cost of living is key to produce the ideal commercial setting.  Moreover, it is predicted that these cities will grow stronger as companies in health care, energy and technology bring more and more employees on board.
